Shipping Policy — Try Rebalance

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days from our US warehouse. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Times

• Standard Shipping (US): 5–8 business days
• Expedited Shipping (US): 2–3 business days
• International: 10–21 business days (varies by destination)

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@try-rebalance.com. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. Try Rebalance is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
